The Shijo Tourist Information Center in Gion Shijo will be temporarily closed from January 13, 2021 (Wednesday).
For this reason, starting from January 14, 2021 (Thursday), the original ticket exchange place in Gion Shijo Station will be changed to Sanjo Station.
祇園四條の観光案內所は2021年1月13日（水）より、當面の間営業一時停止となります。そのため、2021年1月14日（木）から祇園四條での引き換えは、三條駅へのご案內となっております。

本兌換券為期間有效，一經兌換後不退不改，敬請見諒。 未兌換的訂單，可免費取消。（退款規則以此處為準） Customers will be able to cancel their bookings. No refund is applicable once the physical ticket is redeemed.

注意事項
經確認預定成功，平台會給客人預留的郵箱發送確認郵件，請按預約日期前往京阪電車各個車站，出示二維碼兌換乘車券。
Confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is done. Proceed to designated counters to present the e-ticket to redeem physical ticket.
1. 乘車前必須兌換為實體乘車券。在兌換票券時，請您務必出示確認郵件中的驗證碼和二維碼。
2. 兌換後實體票券的有效期限以票面後印刷的期限為準。
3.本票券可乘坐「普通」「區間急行」「准急」「急行」「快速急行」「特急」「快速特急」電車。不可直接用於乘坐「premium car」（同一輛列車中的指定席車廂）。
4.乘坐「premium car」列車需在車站另行購買指定席票券，價格為500JPY/人。
1. Redeem physical ticket before take the tram by present the e-ticket.
2. Validity of the physical ticket is printed on the the ticket.
3.Ticket can be used for 「Local」「Semi-express」「Sub-express」「Express」「Rapid Express」「Limited Express」「Rapid Limited Express」tram. It cannot be used for 「premium car」(same tram of designated seat).
4.Guest needs to pay JPY 500 for the designated seat of 「premium car」if there’s any need.
